  4. Fermer le cookeo et cuire en mode sous pression (apres préchauffage) 7 minutes. Sans cookeo cuire en cocotte fermée ou sous pression bien 10 minutes.
  5. Une fois la pression retirée ouvrez la cocotte ou le cookeo et ajoutez les champignons (je coupe en 6 de gros champignons de façon à ce que ces derniers restent croquants), la crème et la maïzena.
  6. Cuisson mijoter cookeo environ 6 minutes.
  7. Remuer régulièrement.
  8. Goûter et rectifier l'assaisonnement au besoin.
  9. À servir avec un riz blanc ;-) miam
