    Réalisez la crème en mettant le mascarpone, la crème liquide et le sucre dans un bol.

    Fouettez pour obtenir une crème lisse et épaisse.

    Préparer un café long et laissez refroidir.
  4. Montage

    Déposez la première génoise

    Imbibez la génoise avec le café froid à l'aide d'un pinceau

    Garnir la génoise d'un quart de la crème.

    Imbibez la deuxième génoise, et garnissez d'un autre quart de crème.

    Déposez la dernière génoise imbibé.

    Enrobez d'un quart de crème le pourtour du gâteau et au dessus. Ensuite lissez.

    Saupoudrez de cacao non sucré le sommet du gâteau.
    Et avec le reste de la crème décorez à l'aide d'une poche à douille le gâteau.
