  8. Ajouter le lait petit à petit (en remuant en permanence) jusqu'à obtenir une pâte épaisse
  9. Saler, poivrer et ajouter une pincée de noix de muscade
  10. Retirer du feu et ajouter le jambon et fromage râpé
  11. Assembler le tout.
