- Pour les crêpes : dans un récipient allant au micro ondes, ici verre doseur, mettre le lait et le beurre, faire chauffer pour faire fondre le beurre et laisser tiédir



- Dans un saladier, mettre la farine et les œufs, commencer à mélanger, lorsque les œufs sont mélanger avec un peu de farine, commencer à incorporer le lait, mélanger

- Ajouter le sel et la muscade, remuer


- Pour le montage : au centre de la crêpe, mettre une tranche de jambon, une cuillère à soupe de béchamel et saupoudrer de gruyère râpé. Rouler la crêpe et mettre dans un plat allant au four. Ici j'ai fait 7 crêpes car c'est ce qu'il rentrait dans le moule. Il me reste 4 crêpes, à déguster en dessert avec des toppings sucrés 😉


- Sur les crêpes, mettre le restant de béchamel et saupoudrer de gruyère râpé. Au four pendant 10min à 180°C


- Sortir du four, laisser tiédir pour ne pas vous brûler et...
