  3. Mélangez dans un saladier la farine et le sucre, versez progressivement les œufs, l’huile, le lait et la fleur d’oranger puis ajoutez le zeste d’orange à l’aide de la râpe microplane. Réservez et laissez reposer la pâte.
  4. Beurre Suzette : dans un saladier, déposez le beurre pommade, versez le jus d’orange et le jus de citron, mélangez à la maryse, ajoutez le zeste d’orange, mélangez de nouveau, ajoutez le sucre glace puis le Grand Marnier. Réservez au réfrigérateur.
  5. Chauffer la poêle la graisser avec un peu d'huile à l'aide d'un morceau de  papier absorbant, versez la pâte à crêpe, formez une crêpe dorée des deux côtés. Ajoutez une noix de beurre Suzette et laissez fondre. Pliez la crêpe en quatre. Décorez avec des  suprêmes d’orange et quelques zestes confits si vous le souhaitez.
